Welcome to the website of the Warnecke Ranch on historic Chalk Hill. Our property on the Russian River in the Alexander Valley has been in the family for 100 years. We grow grapes that are sold to award winning wineries, maintain a residential community of beautiful homes for long and short term rentals, run a non-profit artist’s residency, host events, and provide photographers and filmmakers with amazing shoot locations.
